Lynn Wunderman has 30 years of Direct Marketing experience focused on strategic planning, database management, market analysis, and behavioral targeting. In her current consulting role she provides strategic marketing and analytic services to a variety of companies, including package goods marketers, online and mobile media companies, multi-channel merchants, luxury marketers, advertising agencies, technology and database service organizations.
Previously Lynn was President, CEO of I-Behavior, a co-operative database company serving the targeting needs of multi-channel marketers (sold to WPP in 2010). I-Behavior was first to capture SKU-level transactions, to provide attitudinal targeting, and to apply the co-op business model to Internet advertising through its aCerno division (sold to Akamai in 2008).
Prior to I-Behavior, Lynn was founding partner of Wunderman, Sadh & Associates; President, Chief Operating Officer of Marketing Information Technologies, Inc. (now an Experian company); and SVP, Director of Strategic Planning and Information Management at Ogilvy & Mather Direct. Clients included The Advertising Council, American Express, AOL, AT&T, IBM, Kraft, Lotus, Pantone, Perrier, Seagram and Unilever.
Lynn is currently a Board member of Arc Wireless – a manufacturer of wireless component and network solutions, Bytemark – a mobile payment platform, Chango – a search retargeting company, Precision Demand – a television media technology company, and YouBeauty – an online media and e-commerce company. Lynn has served on the Advisory Boards of Apptera – speech technology company, Benchmark Brands – multi-channel merchant, Breathe Easy Medical Supply – online distributor of respiratory and mobility products, Convergent Mobile – mobile advertising company, Grandparents.com – online media company, Buysight – online behavioral targeting company, UKnow – online contextual targeting company, and Zadspace – direct marketing technology company. In addition, Lynn is an Advisor and Mentor to young technology companies for the Hudson Valley Center For Innovation and was previously Chairman of TopVoice – a social loyalty platform (sold to Cossette Communications Group in 2012.)
Lynn has been active with the Direct Marketing Association, having chaired the e-Commerce Integrity Committee for the DMA’s Committee on Social Responsibility, and served as Vice-Chair of both the List & Database and the Marketing Councils.
Lynn is Founder of the Raynaud’s Association, a national non-profit healthcare organization and is Co-founder of The Pie Fund providing needy families with quality veterinary care for pets with cancer.
Occasionally Lynn gets trade tips from her famous father-in-law, Lester. She and her husband Marc reside in Redding, CT with their dog Fergus. Her favorite activities are Yoga, Pilates, spinning and aerobic workouts, scouting for colonial antiques, and cross-country skiing.
